Heavy Equipment Manager – Saudi Arabia

Equipment Manager
1. Managing all department activities including but not limited to maintenance, logistics, P&L;, budget, Department Performance, forecast etc.
2. Equipment includes: heavy construction equipment, trucks, machinery, generators, concrete pumps, spare parts, tools etc.
3. Develop, maintain, implement and follow policies and practices for safe and efficient operations.
4. Have and maintain highest level of professionalism and integrity
5. Learning all aspects of the business and driving positive change in our processes and our capabilities.
6. Direct and control the day to day operations of the related divisions.
7. Evaluate performances and quality of customers (equipment rental).
8. Review plans of project’s needs.
9. Understanding the execution plans of the contractors
10. Review RFQ’s for Equipment rental ( external & internal )
11. Prepare needed periodical reports.
12. Ensure all work is being done in accordance with OSHA and Owners Safety procedures.
13. Liaising with external suppliers.
14. Monitoring spare parts resources.
15. Coordinating and assisting maintenance engineers.
16. Assessment, auditing and on-going monitoring of approved plant and equipment.
17. Managing OH&S; hazard identification, analysis and control methods.
18. Any other duties & responsibilities related to the department not mentioned earlier.
19. Should be over 15 years’ experience in heavy equipment field.
Job based in Riyadh and responsible for all the plants in KSA, (Riyadh, Somman, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah & Jizan)
KSA residence is preferable with transferable Iqama.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
