Job Summary:
The Chemical Cleaning Service Supervisor is responsible for two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing and coordinating the daily operations of the chemical cleaning crew and project. This includes responsibility over proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion. Ensures compliance with all HSE policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services.
Required Experience:
• Degreasing/Acid Cleaning by closed loop method / Dipping method
• Passivation of cleaned surface by using chemicals
• Follow chemical cleaning procedures and simplified flow diagrams, communicate with clients /customer, run field analytical testing etc.
• Having knowledge of isometric / PID / General drawings
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills and ability in people management.
• Strong knowledge in operating chemical cleaning equipment.
• Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment is preferred.
Job Description:
• Independently prepare and execute Jobs.
• Monitor and reconcile consumption of all chemicals and consumables.
• Follow customers QHSE regulations.
• Executing jobs within financial framework/ budget.
• Report & carry out tasks as directed by the Project Leaders or Manager.
• Writing method statements/procedures of chemical cleaning and recognize hazards.
• Supervise execution of all Chemical Cleaning, pre-commissioning jobs such as line straightening and oil flushing, equipment condition & cleaning parameters.
• Able to work with mufti-national work force.
Work Environment :
• Performance of this job requires work in both an office and field environment, typically with variable times spent inside and outside.
