– 5 years of specialty coffee roasting.
– Experience in roast profile creation & development.
– experience in Cropster
– Experience in beans selection based on taste or Q grader rules.
– Experience in espresso blending.
– Experience in brew methods.
– Proficient in English.
He will responsible for
-pre selection of green beans based on taste
-roasting profiles developing
-blends creation & development.
-stock & warehouse management
