Requires a Planning Manager for our Organization to Head and Lead Planning Department in our HO in Jubail Industrial City. Candidate must have Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical. Minimum 15 years experience in Planning / Project Control & Coordination of Large Construction Projects. Must be proficient in Primavera P6 & MS Project. Excellent communication skills. Responsible for managing and controlling various Construction Projects Planning at Corporate & Site Level, Coordination & MIS Reporting / Construction Project Planning, Execution, and Completion of Project activities and Projects close out according to strict guidelines whilst ensuring that the Projects in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical sector are executed in specified technical and quality requirements and in a safe manner and within approved Budget. Head and lead Planning Dept. responsible to develop full scale Project Master Schedules, close monitoring of critical path activities, analyze manpower histograms/S-Curve and shall effectively communicate Projects expectations to Division Heads / Site Managers in a timely manner.
