Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for RFP, RFQ & Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance.
• Knowledge of customs clearance paper works for clearance of Airfreight & Sea freight shipments
• Knowledge of clearance certifications for Saudi Customs (IECEE, COC, SASO etc.)
• Knowledge of ERP Database system
• Controlling the purchasing budget.
• Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time.
• Delivering cost savings for the company.
• Keeping all supplier programs current and accurate.
• Promoting best practice across the company.
• Involved in selling off excess, damaged and inventory and stock.
• Monitor warehouse stock items
• Arrange delivery of material from warehouse to project site or customers warehouse
