Catering Area Supervisor – Riyad

We are one of the reputed companies in Saudi Arabia. We are urgently looking for qualified and experienced Catering Operations Supervisor. Applicant should have bachelor’s degree in Food Technology and hand on experience in supervising Industrial Catering projects in following areas:
1) Supervises catering projects within a geographical area.
2) Directs and coordinates activities of catering including menu planning, menu costing, etc.
3) Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigns specific duties.
4) Determine staffing requirements, and submit it to Operations Manager for new recruitment.
5) Evaluates performance of catering division staff on the basis of allocated targets.
6) Ensure proper implementation of HACCP procedures and process.
