Job Description:
A newly setup company (Jeddah) in the field of Structured Cabling, Low Voltage applications required Structured Cabling / Low Voltage Operation Manager.
– Experience: 3 – 5 Years.
– Education: Engineering Graduate (UG) Major Computers, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications.
Job requirements:
– Strong leadership skills, self-confidence and a sense of responsibility.
– Proficient with IEEE, BISCI, TIA/EIA and similar communications structured cable plant standards.
– Advanced knowledge of Cisco networking and troubleshooting techniques, Wireless, Access Control, LAN, WAN, VoIP, Video, PBX, Security, CATV, CCTV, Intercoms.
– Holder of Cisco SDH/DWDM, CCNA, CCNP certifications giving strong preference.
– Knowledge of specifications of various categories of twisted pair copper (cat3, cat5, cat6) and inside plant fiber optic.
– Ability to learn / use lean and Six Sigma techniques, Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
– Possess project management skill.
– Professional PM skills / qualification – integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR.
– Communication, Risk and Procurement Management and hands on experience specific to the Structured Cabling industry.
– PC skills – MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project / Primavera.
– Ability to read, write and converse fluently in the English language.
– Must be able to work individually as well as work as a team.
– Arabic language is a must.
– Understand how markets and competitors will influence the selling of company products.
– Ability to deal with top management and co-ordinate across different levels within the customers organization.
– Should have strong network in Corporate or any other sector.
