Job Vacancy I’m looking for a high-performing Sales Manager in Alkhobar Hotel to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Requirement
1. At least 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry with the same position
2. BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
3. Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
4. A very strong relationship skills
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
6. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
7. Strong business sense and industry expertise
8. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
9. English Language proficiency
10. Computer skills
11. Transferable Iqama (required)
