I have more than 6 years of experience in local purchasing & Overseas procurement.

I’ve brilliant skills in SAP MM.

I worked with big Forwarding companies in KSA.

I have transferable Iqama & valid driving license.

I am ready to join immediately a new company to develop my experience more in supply chain carrier.

Responsibilities as a Procurement Officer & Responsibilities in SAP MM

• Checking the stock before we place an order. • Placing an orders to our vendor (making Purchase Order)

• Checking the price with order confirmation (amending the price & discount in SAP if there is any discrepancy in Price / discount)

• Making Inbound after we receive our shipments to our warehouse.

• Checking the remaining quantity (if we receive any partial shipment)

• Pulling reports (monthly reports / quarter reports / yearly reports)

• Adding new vendors & customers in the system.

• Distinguish between the site categories distribution center and store.

• Assortment of orders by checking the customer PO (Government / Local / Retail / FOC)

• Putting the special price to the special customer. • Putting the Selling price in SAP (by checking profit margin)

• Allotment of store connection options (delivery location) for the delivery of goods, example Riyadh 1100 Jeddah 1120 Dammam 1130

• Down payments & full payments monitoring/follow up by PO reference number.

• Coordinate the Ocean freight Import & Export Operations.

• Develop relationships with the various shipping lines and vendors.

• Liaise with vendors on the best possible conditions of sea cargo carriage collect prices for required services.

• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special requests and posts inventory records.

• Provide daily operational reports that are accurate and timely.

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management.

• Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the Transportation and Operations Departments, expediting any order as necessary.

• Trace orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their order. • Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.

• Maintain damage records and back order logs.

• Handle returned merchandise in an efficient manner and ensures proper credit is given to the customer.

• Input all receipts, put a way, moves, picks, shipments and cycle counts

• Communicate effectively with customers when required.

• Work closely with the Managers and develop a good working relationship with in the senior management team, & sales executive to deliver their commitments.
