Job Description: Key Account Manager defines the relationship between the business and the consumers and defining the individual approach of the sales personnel to specific consumers in order to create strong and lasting relationships. The main objective of the Key Account Manager is to manage a group of important consumers in order to achieve designated sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies for these key accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Actively drive sales & customer profitability per account by constructing & implementing shared account growth plans to achieve set targets.
• Promote and strengthens relationships with customers, lighting consultant, agent by demonstrating increased lighting competency.
• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for Tihama’s products/services.
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
• Execute company processes & policies at accounts (margin, pricing, marketing logistics).
• Give structured feedback and conclusions from customers Key Skills and Experience.
• Continue their assessment of a client’s needs and business objectives.
• Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with HMH marketing and technical service areas.
• Participates in trade shows and conventions.
• Responsible for money collection from customers as inseparable part of the sales process.
• Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to persuade and influence others in a positive manner.
• Arabian, excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Self driven, independent and enthusiastic to succeed.
• Willingness to travel within region.
