Job Description
Estimating & Cost Manager 15-20 & B. Sc Engineering Degree Or Equiv. Has experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and has cost estimating experience on mega projects. Coordinates with other functional Managers to ensure correct implementation of estimating procedures and requirements and has overall responsibility for estimating activities. Must have thorough knowledge of cost estimating practices, calculation methods/software, standards, procedures, and specifications. Responsible for obtaining the necessary estimating and cost resources to plan and execute the work.
