Job Description:
A construction company based in KSA specialized in residential and commercial projects is seeking Workshop Manager having solid expertise and experience in mega projects.
– The Workshop Manager is responsible for all workshop operations including maintenance, repairs, new equipment manufacturing, design and construction activities.
– He should also be responsible for overseeing workshop operations including rig repairs, new plant and equipment manufacture, design and construction activities.
Basic Specification and Requirements:
– Ensuring all workshop and yard tasking operations are undertaken in a safe, efficient, cost-effective and professional manner.
– Allocating workshop staff according to the changing needs.
– Good communication skills required.
– Should have at least 10 years of experience in managing workshops.
– Should have an Engineering or a related degree.
