Responsibilities:
Admin related tasks
Office handling
Update internal databases with new hire information
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Leave Attendace Monitoring
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
Employee Grevience hadnling
Requirements:
Good knowledge of computer – Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistantor similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English, Arabic will be an advantage
Iqama transfer is must
