Key Responsibilities:
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to prepare detailed mechanical cost estimates.
• Estimate costs related to piping, HVAC, structural steel, tanks, and equipment installation for oil & gas and construction projects.
• Source and analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare BOQs, tender submissions, and pricing breakdowns.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
• Track project costs, maintain estimate databases, and support project bidding strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the oil & gas and/or construction industry in GCC Countries
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industry codes, and standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software (e.g., Cad, CCS, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
