Job Description:
– To be the single point of contact handing employee engagement activities.
– Creating innovative Employee Engagement practices and fun at work activities.
– Ensure sufficient presence and visibility on the operations floor.
– Own and facilitate the Reward and Recognition process.
– Drive fun activities.
– Prepare monthly news letters.
– Attrition control – Conceptualizing action plans based on trs and feedback in consultation with business.
– Employee Satisfaction Initiatives – Analysis of survey results, formulating actionables based on the same in consultation with business.
– Ensuring communication and implementation.
– Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Min 1 yr exp in Employee engagement activities.
– Good experience in employee engagement and Fun [at] work activities.
– Excellent communication ss.
– Female candidates willing to work in Night shift.
