General Foreman – Construction Projects – Jeddah

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for optimizing the allocated manpower, material and equipment for
assigned projects.
2) Responsible for the daily needs and site control of his projects.
3) Responsible for the distribution of the work force on site as per the daily program.
4) Responsible for labor attendance and productivity record.
5) Coordinates the overall work of the civil, steel, and MEP crews on site.
6) Responsible for implementing the overall safety on his site.
7) Ensures no material wastage at site.
8) Ensures his site image is in compliance with Company standards and policies.
9) Assists Superintendent in updating progress on site to planning on weekly basis.
10) Gives feedback about any revision in productivity rates of manpower and equipments
to the Construction Manager.
11)Ensures that all works are going on as per approved method statements and
approved drawings.
12)Submits clear and fair labor evaluation report.
13) Trains skilled labors to upgrade them to the level of charge hand.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
1) Oversees labor attendance and productivity.
2) Assists engineers in the technical evaluation of the workforce at site.
3) Assists Personnel in the recruiting of labor
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma (min 2 years) in Civil Engineering is Required
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years as a foreman
