POSITION: Warehouse Manager cum Procurement Manager
LOCATION: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
FOCUS: Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, Team Management, Vendor Management
REPORTING

• Sales and Accounts Dept.
RESPONSILITIES
• Maintaining receiving, warehousing and distribution operations via coordination and implementing policies and procedures.
• Planning and execution of all policies and procedures to ensure operations are up to set rules and regulations.
• Ensuring the compliance of Govt. authorities’ rules and regulation as well quality assurance authorities rules of storage and warehouse facility.
• Controlling inventory levels by physical counting and reconciliation with system record.
• Maintenance of physical conditions of warehouse via requesting maintenance and repairs when needed.
• Finding best solutions for delivery services to customers
• Providing financial budgeting and planning feedback for the dept.
• Maintaining and managing warehouse staff via training and coaching and performance analysis of employees.
• Understanding company needs and taking timely actions to start procurement process to avoid any delays and stock shortage
• Keeping the list of vendors and updating regularly to get best products and services available at best price.
• Assuring the best vendors and pricing in terms of all purchases, local and international.
• Overseeing supply chain management
• Getting approval of the orders and taking actions
• Forecasting of orders and assuring availability of inventory as per set policies.
• Processing/getting processed the invoices and payments
• Staying in touch with all relevant depts. to keep the flow of information
• All other tasks and duties related to warehouse and purchasing dept.

QUALIFICATION
• Experience of optical and Ophthalmic products/Fashion Industry will be preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (supply chain management)
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in same position
PACKAGE:
SR 2,500 to 3,500 (based on qualification and experience)
