Qa/Qc Supervisor – Saudi Arabia

1. Coordinate with Shop QC inspectors & workshop Foremen for the completion of all planned QC/Inspection/Test programs.
2. Prepare necessary QC/Inspection/Test reports for the activities needed for the job orders executed in the workshop.
3. Coordinate final inspection and be responsible for the release of workshop job orders after ensuring all activities are completed as per the job record card and Documentation & Final Inspection check sheet.
4. Oversee the shop job record cards (route cards) are signed-off by the concerned workmen upon completion of each activity and follow up with the workshop foremen.
5. Prepare necessary inspection or QC records as per Documentation & Final Inspection check sheet and compile for issuing to customers.
6. Ensure that the Documentation/Certification package with correct records reaches the customer along with the delivery of workshop job orders executed.
7. Coordinate the completion of sub-vendor’s NDE activities and review the NDT reports.
8. Control calibration of instruments and record maintains.
9. Perform weld visual inspection and other inspection activities at the shop when requires
10. Ensure NC’s are captured, determine RCA and develop preventive action plans.
11. Update QA / QC Manager on QA/QC statistics
12. Perform all necessary activities to achieve Quality objectives set for the QA Dept.
13. Support QA / QC Manager on QMS audits, preparation, revision (this includes Quality Manual, Procedures, SOP’s or Work instructions etc.)
14. Supervise inspection activities (Receiving, in-process, final inspection of products. Also perform raw material when as require) Provide support to shop inspectors for premium threads and other technical support may require
15. Any other task that may assigned by direct supervisor / manager
((Mechanical Engineer/Diploma Holder with min. 5 years of experience in similar field / position.
Familiar with API QMS Q1 and ISO specs + Minimum of 2 API product Specification & products: API 6A, 16A, 16C, 5CT, & 7-1)))
