Job Details:

– Preparing Invoices and couriering to clients.
– Proposal and order form creation.
– Followup with Clients for payments.
– Filing and maintaining bills.
– Petty Cash Management and Office Admin.
– Coordination with BM and Sales Team.

Candidate Profile:

– Analyze and understand user IT requirement.
– Assess the functional and technical feasibility of customer specific requests.
– Develop functional solutions while maintaining the systems already in place.
– Plan and follow up the projects.
– Capture business opportunities apart from the assigned targets of the department.
– Assess Quality Control of installation while ensuring continuity of the existing operations.
– Should be a team player.
– Any other assignment can be given by the management from time to time.
– Experience 05 Years.
– Graduate with fluency in English and Local Language.
– Proficiency with MS Word/ Excel and Powerpoint.
