Provide planning and cost controlling support for the project which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
– Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring
– Prepare monthly project report for the monitoring of the project activities on a daily basis and register all issues relating to the project promptly to the Cost Control Manager and management.
– Prepare and issue on a monthly basis the cost Estimate At Completion of the Project (EAC) through the Cost Control Report and Project Control Report
Requirements
– Candidates should have a degree in engineering or a similar subject and should have a proven background working as a cost control engineer.
– Candidates should preferably have Middle east experience and should have worked on large construction projects
– Transferable Iqama
– Prefer candidates who can join immediately
