Roles and Responsibilities:
Outbound Customer Service.
– Candidate will call to UK, Canada based customers.
– Would responsible for ask some standard questions.
For E.g. Do you have computer or Laptop ? which anti Virus software are you using ? etc….
Experience:
– 6 months – 1 Year experienced or Fresher.
Shifts:- Shift : UK Shift {Timing – 1.30pm-9.30pm}.
Education:
– HSC/Any graduate. Or Education No Bar.
Eligibility criteria:
– Average communication in English.
– Basic Computer . {Not Mandatory}.
