• B Tech Mechanical /Electrical Engineering from Reputed University

Experience:
Should have 12-15 years’ experience working with contracting firm in similar assignments.
GCC/KSA Experience Preferred only
Working Hours: 10 Hours/ Day, 6 days week.

Contracting Manager : Job Description :
Having minimum 12-15 years’ experience in the field of Contracts & Project Control department for Contracting Firm, Must be capable be capable to oversee projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget, Monitoring the all work executing within contracts and claims for extra work , delay prolongation & EOT. Responsible for project budget and cost control functions including budgeting, scheduling, change management, estimating, tracking progress, forecasting, and earned value, make weekly report showing quantum of job executed within contract, variation claims and lost manhours claim. Interact with client & management regards to the work progress, cost review.
