Bms Supervisor – Saudi Arabia

o Qualifications:
 Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as Electrician or Industry and trade certificate (Electronics)
 Computer literate
o Experience Requirements:
 5 – 10 years of maintenance experience in BMS field
 BMS System troubleshooting knowledge
 Wide experience of DDC, VAV, and FCU Installation, Termination, Testing and Commissioning.
 Update of DDC Software program as per site if any additional points.
 Monitoring and Control of DB’s, SMDB’s, MDB’s and various Electrical Panels based on I/O point’s.
 Perform responsibilities of monitoring and supervising outside contractors during installation, termination and start – up activities.
 Interfacing of BAC-net software through BAC-net devices and its troubleshooting.
 DDC panel design, familiar with various field buses.
 Testing & commissioning of thermostats as per application.
 Modification on shop drawings and preparation of As – Built drawings.
 Planning & execution of preventive maintenance for equipment such as DDC’s,
 HVAC & Mechanical basic fundamental experience
 Have knowledge to assess/evaluate the needed materials/ hours for Quotation works
 Have knowledge to check/assess and conduct site inspection
