A leading company specialized in manufacturing wooden furniture, doors and interior decoration for major projects and hotels is seeking for “Projects Manager” in Riyadh.

Position: “Projects Manager – Wooden Field Riyadh(Location)
Experience: 10-15 Years
Age: 30-45 Years
Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar area.
Nationality: Pakistani or Indian preferable
Some of major duties & responsibilities
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
• Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets.
• Manage project close out documents
• Develops and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and
all sites involved in the project.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project resource allocation
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Site Inspection prior to commencement of project.
• To set a schedule for daily site visits.
• To make sure that work is being done as per approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Arrangement for suitable sub-contractors if necessary.
• To produce daily reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• To produce Weekly reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• To produce Monthly reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Follow up interim/final payments and taking over certificates with the engineer, consultant and clients
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Participation in Production Team Meetings.
• Coordinate with Production department for project plan and priorities.
• To make sure that site work is being done smoothly without obstacles.
• To make sure that all safety measures are being followed during work at site.
• Coordinate with main contractor / Client / Consultant for material and Drawings submission.
• To prepare submittal for Shop Drawings and Material Samples.
• Coordinate with main contractor / Client / Consultant for Mock up samples.
• To perform as a bridge between client and Estimation department for Addendum.
• To perform as a bridge between client and Estimation department for Project Variations.
• Arrangement of site measurement in order to prepare shop drawings.
• To perform as a bridge between client and Drafting department for approval of shop drawings.
• To guide Drafting department for As Built Drawings.
• Coordinate with QA&QC; department for material samples.
• Follow up with client for material approvals.
• To attend scheduled meetings on the sites with main contract / Client to discuss work progress.
• Quality assurance.
Note: If you don’t have experience in the wooden field please don’t waste your time because the candidate required only with wooden field experience.
