Responsibilities
• Reports to Facility Manager
• Management, Maintenance & Support for CMMS software operation
• Maintenance Planning/scheduling using CMMS Software
• Uploading reports to CMMS
• Closing Work orders in CMMS
• Producing procurement plan in conjunction with Hard Services & Soft Services
• Tracking MRFs and reporting it to FM
• Tracking of Inventory and reporting to FM
• Producing and circulation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
• Producing tactical performance analysis reports
• Review incident reports to find relation between incident and maintenance performance
• Proceedings of work permits
Qualifications
• University/College graduate or undergraduate (Engineering). Preferably graduate.
• Asset Management & CMMS software trainings
• Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in Asset Management & Maintenance Planning using CMMS Softwares.
• Proven Capacity at reasoning in failures and analytic approach to find planning respective root cause and resolution.
• Proficient in English
• Effective communication and Organizational Skills.
