Job Description
• Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
• Manage the company’s organization chart and headcounts
• Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees’ talents
• Advise managers on human resources policies and regulations
• Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff
• Resolve issues between management and employees
• Direct disciplinary procedures
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
• Conduct new employee orientations and trainings whenever applicable
• Process paperwork on behalf of the company
