– Financial / Operational Internal Audits
– Significant internal audit experience around Financial and Operational controls related work
– Ability to interact effectively with business leaders from across the functions in the company
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to work with end users
– Positive working relationships with staff
– Driven to accomplish and complete assigned tasks in short timeframes
– Flexibility
– Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and intersecting timelines
– Experience managing diverse, multi-location teams
– Proficient with Microsoft suite of products.
– Outstanding academic credentials, with strong English writing and presentation skills.
– Strong Integrated, Internal and Control Assurance auditing experience with Big – 4 / MNC.
– SOX / Cobit / BS7799 / ITIL / SAP ERP / AS400 working experience preferred.
– Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks, works on multiple assignments, and manages ambiguity.
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
– CA and CIA with solid consultative and facilitation skills (CPA is a plus)
