Guide & supervise the team to professionally serving
Handle day to day project operation and report directly to Food & Beverage Director
Implement a daily, weekly and monthly inspection
Ensure proper follow up to attain maximum quality, efficiency
Develop formal training plans
High Knowledge in food safety and HACCP system
Excellent Communicate with the clients
Solve all clients complains
maintain cost control to achieve that departmental profit percentage and figures.
