Job Description:
Job Purpose:
– Oversee the day to day operations of a restaurant.
– Directing and coordinating of restaurant operations.
– Deal directly with customers and employees.
– Responsible for a diversity of duties that include financial record , sales target and quality procedure
Key Account-abilities
Managing restaurant daily operations and other related activities
Develop and execute an efficient food and beverage control system
Responsible to set operational budgets and yearly targets.
– Responsible for the quality standard of the restaurant operation
– Responsible for all stocks and inventory control.
– Prepare periodical reports contain all restaurant activities
Coach and Train restaurant employees
– Monitor the restaurant hygiene and quality system
Maintain excellent PR with customers
Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in marketing or related field
– Relevant training programs in Restaurant Management.
Minimum Related Experience:
8 to 10 years of restaurant operation experience with at least 3 years in a restaurant management role.
