Need Someone Who Can Do Marketing/Sales On Commission Basis Only – No Salary – Riyad

Hello Everyone,
Our company is established electrical contractor and supplier of different electrical panels and items.
I need someone who can do part-time marketing for our Electric products and projects especially “Reactive Power Compensation System, LT Capacitor Banks, Harmonic Filters etc.”
Following are the Requirements and Terms & Conditions of this freelance part-time job:
1- Should have his own Car. We will not provide any vehicle or transportation.
2- Should have good connections with industries, contractors and other clients. If he is currently working in marketing or sales job which is related to industries then it will be very beneficial for both of us.
3- We will provide the basic knowledge of these products to the candidate. We will provide him Business Cards and Company Brochures and basic pitch in which he will communicate with the clients.
4- This is purely commission based job and no salary or others will be provided. If we are able to secure the project and PO will be issued along with advance payment in the favor company, then 3-4% commission of total amount will be provided to you immediately. Please note that these kind of project’s value will be more than >150,000SAR so you will be provided heavy amount in commission.
5- He will visit several Industries, Factories, Malls, Hotel Buildings and other companies and meet their Maintenance Manager, Purchasing Manager and handover the company product brochure and short introduction of the company. He will collect their business cards and contact details and put in the Card Holder book which will be provided by us. Then our engineer will contact those personnel and give technical information of our products in detail and clarify their misconceptions, if any.
6- He will also maintain the Ms Excel sheet and enter all the details of business cards which he collected during the visits, and he will send that Ms Excel list to us through email on daily basis.
7- He must be present in Riyadh and have not illegal status. We will not transfer iqama as this is freelance work. If he is currently doing any job then he can continue his job and this freelance work as a part-time or whenever he feels free.
8- He should have good personality along with good communication & English language skills. As most of the clients will communicate in English language.
