Skillset:
Strong knowledge in the ME market especially in KSA.
Understand Accenture business.
Capability to design the acquisition planning.
Implementing/developing the sourcing strategy.
Maintaining Accenture recruiting process and policy.
Ability to partner with the business lead to build the growth plan.
Analyzing the pool of talents in the ME market
Ability to attract local talents with critical skills.
Communication skills.
