We are urgently looking for HELP DESK with the below qualifications
Qualifications:
Very good knowledge with computer hardwaresoftware installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of operating systems, computer application, networking basics and other tech products
Good knowledge of IT Service Management Process : Incident Management , service request fulfillment, problem management, etc.
ITIL knowledge is plus
Preferred Service Desk End User Support role experience.
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
Customer-oriented and ability to work as teamwork along with other team members
Committed to client working hours up on agreed team schedule.
