Oversee daily operations :
Manage production processes, ensure quality control, and coordinate with breeder and Broiler farms.
Plan and schedule production:
Develop and implement daily production plans to meet feed demand, considering factors like raw materials, equipment, and targets.
Ensure quality:
Adhere to quality standards, conduct inspections, and address quality issues.
Maintain equipment:
Cooperate with the maintenance team In the case of breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Lead and manage team:
Provide guidance, training, and support to production workers.
Prioritize safety:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct training, and implement safety measures.
Control costs:
Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Continuously improve:
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in poultry feed manufacturing.
At least 1 year of experience in a GCC country.
Skills:
Arabic speak and fluent English.
