1. MISSION
• Responsible of the preventive and curative maintenance on EIA side
• Be the first response when a breakdown occurs by solving the problem at his level
• Coordinate and follow EIA maintenance and/ or project works when subcontractors are required
• Technical File Management
• Improve line availability and line safety by analyzing fail causes and proposing technical solutions
• Prepare technical support and documentation
• Participate to the improvement of the maintenance organization
2. QUALIFICATION
• 5 Years experiences as EIA field technician or equivalent
• Know how : Operation knowledge in electricity, instrumentation and automation.
• Deep knowledge in troubleshooting methods.
• Worked before with high safety standards and intervention procedures
• Others: Skills in general maintenance, drawing reading and making and planning and subcontractors management.
• Personal skills: Rigorous, pragmatic, observation and organizational skills
3. MAIN ACTIVITIES
Troubleshooting
• Identify source of defects and propose / implement an immediate solution by himself in the limit of his skills or by contracting.
Preventive maintenance
• Organize and plan preventive maintenance on his perimeter
• Manage the certification of the equipments and devices within his perimeter
• Define preventive actions and safety requirements related to intervention within his perimeter
Enhance performances and safety of the plant
• Plan preventive measures to enhance the availability of the plant
• Propose and realize modifications bring improvements on the aspects here above
• Participate in the SP standardization, define and maintain the stock, and reduce the lead time by founding local suppliers
• Is responsible of the archiving of equipment files and documentations
• Is responsible to take in charge limited investment project within is perimeter
• May be integrated to project team when new investment are done :
o Participation to HAZOP, FMECA studies
o Make sure that equipments can be maintain in safety
o Definition of SP in early stage
o Participate to start-up and commissioning
Participate in maintenance tools management
• Write technical files and datasheets and followup with suppliers when needed
• Keep documentation up to date
• Keep an eye on the market and about new technologies
• Participate in the creation and application of procedures and instruction on his perimeter
• Write instructions / procedures for EIA interventions
