Warehouse Picker and Receiver
Responsibilities
Receive and check incoming pick tickets.
Locate products using technology & manually.
Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
Wrap orders before loading on trucks.
Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
Keep records of completed orders.
Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions.
Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position in medical field preferred
Experience in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment.
Proficient in both English and Arabic.
Great attention to detail
Diligent and punctual
Able to work overtime as the job demands.
Maintain positive, upbeat, and dynamic attitude.
Quality Control Specialist
Responsibilities
Documenting and reporting quality to Sales and Operations in a clear concise manner
Work regularly with warehouse and Sales staff to coordinate trucks.
Ensure compliance with the SOPs for handling product.
Work regularly with Sales to learn how to handle their various customers specific needs more efficiently.
Ensure product moves through warehouse in an efficient manner.
Entry of Estimates and Monitoring of Product Inventory
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as warehouse QC in Medical field preferred
Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Arabic
Able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code.
Must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets to items picked.
Strong Team Player
PC Skills – proficient with using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Internet & Email software.
Able to work overtime as the job demands.
Maintain positive, upbeat, and dynamic attitude.
Iqama Must Be Valid & Transferable.
