Chain of Italian restaurants in Riyadh looking for a food quality control /inspector.
Capabilities/Criteria:
Must be graduated in hotel management or related discipline.
Must have minimum 3 years experience in a reputed restaurant chain.
Must know quality, safety handling procedures.
Must be aware of food storage and transportation.
Implementation of quality procedures and policies and must be able to train/ educate staff.
Must know do’s and dont’s in a restaurant as per sfda and baladiya guidelines in order to avoid penalties.
Must be young, energetic and career growth instinct.
Pose leadership and decision making skills.
Must know Riyadh very well.
Bilingual proficient.
Preffered own car.
Arabs are excused.
