GOOT is a modern-day burger casual restaurant going to be opened in August 2018, in Makkah Saudi Arabia (out side HARAM area) non Muslims are welcome. The restaurant specializes in burgers, and fresh cut fries. Our goal is serving up great food, with a smile from ear to ear.
Qualifications:
• Transferable Iqama is a MUST
• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English / ARABIC is a plus
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): • Cooking, cleaning, prepping and caring for our guests!
• Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to work with flexibility in a continuous schedule of day, nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Tasks:
• Receive orders from the customers/ printers
• Ensure the ingredients and garnishes are available for the shift, this might include prepping the ingredients
• Grills beef burgers, and Chicken using the timer according to specifications, ensuring quality temperature control and menu accuracy while maintaining required total ticket times (for COOK)
• Helps Fryer operator by cooking, portioning, and plating fresh cut fries
• Build the sandwich (burger) to individual order of customers, this includes places meat or filling and garnish accordingly
• As with other personnel, the tasks at times might include making sandwich, and assist in restaurant opening and closing.
• Maintains a clean, appropriately stocked, and organized work station
