Job description: Operations Manager is responsible for following:
Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
Generate the monthly consumption report (MCR) as per Almays standard of Food & Beverage consumption procedure.
Organize daily material request (DMR) for all cooking sections as per the menu recipe and following up with the material delivery on time to the concerned section heads.
Work on own initiative working at pace and with a high level of accuracy always.
Work with warehouse keeper in ensuring that all food and beverage type and needs are understood and met.
Work with quality assurance to set the quality standards in production process.
Oversee resources to proactively ensure high level of accuracy in production.
Establish a project plan for each portion of implementation and holding internal and external partners accountable.
Oversee the preparation methods with cooks and further to improve the standard.
Analyze the cooking procedures are as per the recipes with precision and bring more effectiveness in the cooking section in order t maintain food taste consistency.
Supervise the food segregation for all projects and re-check the prepared food before delivery.
Responsible for necessary training and development of staff and timely performance management feedback.
Oversee the production process and adjust schedules as needed.
Ensure that the production is cost effective and monitor spending level.
Promote and drive continuous improvements in the production processes.
Be a strong communicator at all levels.
Prioritize workloads to ensure duties are carried out in a timely manner.
Work with flexibility with duties and working hours.
Keep financial and administrative records.
Executing, measuring, monitoring and controlling of the supply chain’s performance/processes.
