1. Updated Resume (MS Word format)
2. A copy of Professional Certificates (Diploma/Degree).
3. A copy of Professional Registration Certificates.
4. A copy of Saudi Council registration ID & accreditation certificates (MOH License if you have)
5. A copy of BLS ID & Certificates by Saudi Heart Association (SHA) also any First Aid courses(if you have) details
6. A copy of your employment/experience certificates ( Home country & KSA)
Separately scan documents,
7. A copy of Driving License( if u have)
8. A copy of your Iqama (resident ID)
9. Blood group identifying result
