As a Fleet Service Coordinator, you will be in-charge of:
Monitoring and Scheduling Fleet Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance (Repairs) in accordance with the fleet management system requirements
Initiating Work Orders and Repair Requests on the system around the clock.
Documenting inspection reports and technician notes and comments.
Inserting relevant documents and attachment of work order into the system.
Presenting work orders progression and recording attempted follow ups.
Verifying services, repair and parts costs inserted in the work orders and ensuring identicality with the received invoices.
Proper record keeping of the carried-out services & repairs of ASH fleet.
Investigating repair requests and validating maintenance cases.
Planning maintenance schedules and summoning drivers and operators accordingly.
Monitoring drivers and operators compliance with ASH Fleet Management Program, maintenance intervals and ASH rules and regulations.
Constantly communicating with the vehicle drivers and equipment operators and be always responsive for reported technical issues, service and repair requests.
Communicating fleet management department announcements and relevant updates to drivers and operators.
Inserting odometers updates into the system.
Preparing reports requested by the management.
Coordinate and support the warehouse team with parts identification and history of replacement.
