Job Description:
Meet your business targets for designated territory.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales goals, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Meeting Builders, Architects, and Interiors etc for revenue generation.
Effectively & judiciously execute the trade promotional schemes and activities as and when in force and ensure objectives are achieved as per plan.
Must have technical Knowledge on the Product of Sale and should be confident to present to Clients and win client satisfaction.
Support all team Members in all aspect to achieve the target.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Should have good communicate skills in Arabic and English.

– Min 8 – 14 yrs experience
