Job Summary
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, organizing and controlling paper work and cashier, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and appointments for the team.
Primary responsibilities
Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
.Keep updated records and fills
Route calls to specific people.
Answer inquiries about company.
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a for trial.
Hunt for customers
Schedule meetings and actions plans.
Ensure reception area is tidy.
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
Coordinate office activities.
Handle phone calls , emails messages from people calling.
Gather personal and insurance information.
Hand out employee applications.
Arrange appointments.
Cash out people when necessary.
Send email and and schedule meetings
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
Update appointment calendars.
Schedule follow-up with customers.
.Take up other duties as assigned
Qualifications.
– University level in related field
– creative thinking and problem solving
– Proficient in English (oral and written)
– Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
– Strong communication and people skills

– Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online documentation.
