Immediately looking for a Catering Manager for our company.
Responsibilities:
1) Qualified and experience in managing large catering sites up to 1000 persons & above.
2) Knowledge of Food safety procedure (HACCP).
3) Ability to lead a team.
4) Staff Management and knowledge of operational cost.
Requirements:
1) Good communication Skills with computer knowledge.
2) Minimum 07 years of experience in the same field.
3) Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances.
4) Certification in hospitality or culinary management is a plus.
5) Transferable Iqama is a must.
