• Ability to inspect cars for damage and to identify actual value of offered cars
• Knowledge of car market values at any given time
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Ability to project a professional appearance.
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage in verbal interactions with customers.
• Strong sales skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in fleet and inventory management
• Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends as required.
Good car inspection experience and they need to evaluate, value, price, negotiate, and purchase of a car(the entire process we can say Buying) on behalf of the company
Induction: Once selected the individual employee need to undergo an induction -orientation program( on effective buying)
Process of recruitment
1. The candidates need to sit for an online test
2. They need to asses the car (inspection test) in Saudi
3. Final interview by regional manager
Basic+ HRA+TA=6000 (SR Purely on the qualification and experience. If the candidates are very good salary will be on the higher side)
Commission:2000-3000 SR ( on target achievement)
Working on any Friday: SR.500/-
working any holiday: One leaves added to the annual leave
