We are urgently in need of Solar/Renewable Energy Engineer/Technician for one of our with immediate availability
Description:
Bachelor degree Electrical or Diploma Electrical or relevant discipline.
o Experience as Solar/Renewable Energy Technician or Engineer
o Fluent Arabic and English
o Know how to assign priorities to the works and how to solve the technical problems
o Have the technicians knowledge and skills of his job and he defines the methods and
procedures to perform the job.
o Understand the needs of the client and the requirements that the service must comply
.
Job Responsibilities
Installation & Troubleshooting solar systems for industries, homes, street lights, solar pumps and commercial area.
Installation of PV panels, batteries and UPS
Installation of AC/ DC Panels and indoor/outdoor.
Installation of protective elements CB’s, lighting arresters, earthing and grounding
Work with a team in designing, developing, testing and homologating solar
photovoltaic systems, support structures, solar panels, modules, batteries and electric power
generation units for residential and light commercial use
Appreciate if also experienced in below mentioned items
Hands on Experience in Creating accurate energy model of entire plant in PVSYST. Calculated expected solar energy production
Hands on experience in developing conceptual designs that consider module placement, conduit routing and inverter locations
Hands on experience in Producing pre-conceptual designs with accompanying production estimates and review structural, geotechnical, environmental, permitting, and zoning challenges for projects
Hands on experience in developing single-lines, layouts, equipment specifications, cabling, conduit, and panel schedules
Hands on experience in design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial, and industrial solar energy systems and components
