Position: Senior Interior Designer/Project Coordinator
– Skilled in AutoCAD software
– Skilled in 3DsMax or/and Sketch up, V-ray Rendering
– Skilled in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop)
– Skilled in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
– Work skills & Details:
– Experience in the hard core interior designing with an impressive portfolio
– Candidate with KSA experience are preferred and must be available in KSA for interview
– Ability to handle complete fit-out projects from initial concept design until project execution & completion at the site
– Ability to create concepts and designs as an individual
– Ability to build suitable Mood board & Material boards
– Ability to meet client & accelerate client requirements into workable/creative ideas
– Ability & experience in preparing project BOQ
– Experience in joinery finishes & production quality surveying
– Experienced in 3D modeling & rendering (3Ds Max or Sketch up)
– High experience in AutoCAD drawings / detailed shop drawings & good understanding in other Civil & MEP works
– Good understanding of Governmental Authorities Submission/Approval in KSA
– Self-motivated & Multi-tasking individual who uses skills to accomplish goals
– Hiring/interview required submission:
– High resolution portfolio (designs & 3Ds to be done by applicant him/her self only)
– Layouts & shop drawings (both AutoCAD & PDF files to be submitted)
– Updated CV
