Job Description:
A prestigious name in the iron and steel industry is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join their expanding team in Saudi Arabia.
– The ideal candidate has to ensure optimal availability, reliability and maintenance of all equipment for achieving the plant’s production targets.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor the adherence of preventive and break down maintenance.
– Will ensure high standards in the provision of mechanical maintenance services in alignment with best maintenance practices.
– Lead and guide all mechanical maintenance activities at the plant site including safety, costs, environmental aspects and equipment availability.
– Prepare Annual Preventive Maintenance Check list, manage shifts independently and execution of planned and breakdown maintenance activities.
– Maintain and improve, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for Mechanical Maintenance of Steel Plant equipment. Machinery and related facilities [includes but not limited to
Induction Furnace. Ladle Furnace. Overhead Cranes and Utility Equipment).
Requirements:
– University degree in Engineering.
– At least 5 years of similar mechanical maintenance experience in the iron and steel industry.
