Job Description:
Looking for Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation / Automation Engineer with Experience in:
– PLC programming using Siemens software’s for machine automation or modification.
– Troubleshoot, repair and maintain Various TIC/PID Controllers, Frequency Drive Inverters and process instrument.
– Installation / Calibration/ Setting of parameters of various Temperature/Pressure Indicating controller.
– Calibration of Proportional Valves, i.e.Spirax Sarco,Deufra, Samson Valves.
– Maintain and Install purely pneumatic controlled equipment such as Diaphragm pump, Air actuated valves etc.
– Maintain Can making Machineries and equipment such as; Can Ends Stamping Press(SIG,WMW and CEVOLANI PRESS),Can Ends Quality controller (PARMA CONTROLS), Scroll sheeting line (LITTELL), Printing line (CRABTREE & BILLHOFER), Can Body making machine (ABM, FBB and AFB SOUDRONIC), Seamers (KRUPP and SIG CAN-O-MAT) and Can leak Tester (SIG and BONFIGLIOLI).
– Maintain Process Equipment such as; Milk and Tomato Pasteurizers, Product Sterilizers, Filling and Seaming lines (TETRA PACK, ZACMI and FMC).
– Maintain and troubleshoot fully automatic packing machines (MEYPACK, INVOLVO, and INVOPACK).
– Maintain and repair of various Can and Carton printers (HITACHI, DOMINO, SAUVEN, IMAJE, and WILLET).
