Looking For 1 Architect And 1 Topograhic Surveyor – Riyadh

Architect
• Should be fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Should be excellent in using AUTOCAD.
• Profieciency in Adobe Illustrator, 3D Max, Power point, Photoshop etc.
• Must be able to check and coordinate drawings, prepare shop drawings and details.
• Very good in computer literacy.
• Highly Motivated & has good working attitude.
• Good Knowledge of materials & Technical requirements.
• Should have minimum (5-10) years experience in building construction.
• University Architect Degree from a reputable university approved by Saudi Council Engineers.
• Basic Salary between SR3,000.00/Month and SR6,000.00/Month depends on experience and qualification plus SR500.00/Month food allowance.
• Accommodation, transportation and medical insurance are provided by the company.
• Other benefits are as per Saudi Labor Laws.
ToPographic Land Surveyor
• Should be fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Should be excellent in using Total Station.
• Should know how to work on AutoCad.
• Should have solid knowledge in layout of different details of building construction.
• Should have minimum 5 years experience.
• University degree from a reputable university.
• Basic Salary between SR3,000.00/Month and SR5,000.00/Month depends on experience and qualification plus SR500.00/Month food allowance.
• Accommodation, transportation and medical insurance are provided by the company.
• Other benefits are as per Saudi Labor Laws.
