AKM&PARTNERS Consulting is seeking applicants to fill the position of Draftsman. A recent Resume, and a Portfolio or Work Sample is requested for this application.
The responsibilities of this position require ability to communicate drawings and coordinate with all disciplines involved.
Requirements:
• The candidate must have 3-10 experience in residential, commercial and institutional projects.
• Degree in Architecture, diploma in architecture or an equivalent is required for this position.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max. Knowledge in Adobe CS and MS Office is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Design , prepare ,read and understanding drawing.
• Involve in technical matters and taking measurements.
• Coordinate effectively with other team members in the technical areas.
• Visiting sites to gather information if needed.
• Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations and construction project.
